Your Essential Guide to Beach Bonfires
Book your beach bonfire in just a few easy steps!
Step 1: Complete the booking form next to this guide. If you’re planning a private event or need extras like beach chairs, photography, Supernova lighting, live music, or s’mores kits, include those details in your submission.
Step 2: After submission, you will receive an invoice link via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. A 7% sales tax is applied to the bonfire package cost. If you haven’t received your invoice, contact us at 850-368-3495 or Itslitpcb30@gmail.com.
Step 3: Once payment is confirmed, we will finalize your booking and begin processing the required permit. Bonfires in Walton and Bay County must have a permit. If there’s a conflict with your chosen date or location, we’ll notify you within 24 hours with alternative options or a refund.
Step 4: On your bonfire day, you’ll receive a final confirmation via email and/or text with all necessary details, including your bonfire location and booking summary.
Step 5: Enjoy your bonfire! Our team will be on-site to ensure everything is set up for a stress-free and unforgettable experience.
