Here’s how to plan your unforgettable beach bonfire experience:
Step 1: Start by completing the form beside this guide. For private bonfires or special celebrations, please include all important details in the form.
Step 2: Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll confirm the specifics of your bonfire, including your selected package and required permits. If there’s an issue with your preferred date, location, or permit availability, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to discuss options or arrange a refund if necessary.
Step 3: For Walton County beach bonfires, a fire permit fee of $105 is required. This permit allows us to create a cozy and compliant setting, ensuring a seamless beach bonfire experience.
Step 4: Once confirmed, we’ll take care of securing the permit within two weeks before your bonfire date. Permits are essential for all bonfires, whether in Walton County or Bay County.
Step 5: On the day of your bonfire, you’ll receive a text and email confirmation with all the details you need. The location will also be included in your invoice and appointment details.
Step 6: Arrive and unwind! Our welcoming attendant will meet you on the beach to ensure everything is perfectly arranged for your memorable beach bonfire event.
