Booking your beach bonfire has never been easier! Follow these steps to secure your unforgettable experience.
Step 1: Begin by filling out the booking form. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to enhance your bonfire experience with beach chair rentals, professional photography, Supernova lighting, live music, or a s’mores kit, be sure to include these details in your request.
Step 2: After submitting the form, an email with an invoice link will be sent to the provided address. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder. A 7% sales tax applies to all bonfire packages. If you do not receive an invoice within a reasonable time, please text or call 850-368-3495 or email Itslitpcb30@gmail.com for assistance.
Step 3: Once payment has been successfully processed, we will confirm your booking and begin securing the necessary bonfire permit. Every bonfire requires a permit, whether in Walton or Bay County. If we encounter scheduling conflicts regarding your selected date, location, or permit availability, we will reach out within 24 hours to discuss alternative arrangements or offer a full refund.
Step 4: On the day of your bonfire, you will receive a final confirmation via email and/or text. This message will contain your bonfire location, appointment details, and any last-minute instructions to ensure a seamless experience.
Step 5: Show up and enjoy! Our team will have everything set up before your arrival, and a friendly attendant will be there to make sure your bonfire goes off without a hitch.
