The Complete Guide to Hosting a Beach Bonfire
Here’s your guide to planning an unforgettable beach bonfire experience:
Step 1: Start by completing the form next to this guide. For special events or private bonfire requests, remember to add any important details in the form.
Step 2: Once you submit the form, we’ll confirm your bonfire details, including the selected package and any required permits. If there are any issues with the date, location, or permit availability, we’ll reach out within 24 hours to discuss other options or provide a refund.
Step 3: For beach bonfires in Walton County, there’s an additional $105 fee for the fire permit. This permit allows us to create a cozy, compliant setup in line with local guidelines, ensuring a smooth beach bonfire experience.
Step 4: Once confirmed, we’ll handle the permit process, securing it within two weeks of your scheduled bonfire. Permits are required for all bonfires, whether in Walton County or Bay County.
Step 5: On the day of your bonfire, you’ll receive a text and email confirmation with all the details. The location will also be listed on your invoice and appointment information.
Step 6: Arrive ready to enjoy! Our friendly attendant will meet you on the beach to make sure everything is set up perfectly for your memorable beach bonfire event.
