Plan your unforgettable beach bonfire effortlessly by following these steps:
Step 1: Start by completing the form provided here, adding any specific details for private bonfires or special events.
Step 2: Once we receive your form, we’ll confirm all bonfire arrangements, including your selected package and required permits. If any issues arise with your chosen date, location, or permit availability, we’ll reach out within 24 hours to provide alternatives or issue a full refund.
Step 3: To meet Walton County guidelines, an additional $105 fire permit fee is required, ensuring a safe, comfortable bonfire experience. This permit allows us to set up a cozy environment that meets local regulations, so you can enjoy your event worry-free.
Step 4: After your booking is confirmed, we’ll secure your permit within two weeks of the event date. A permit is required for all bonfires in Walton or Bay County.
Step 5: On the day of your event, you’ll receive a text and email with all necessary details. The bonfire location will be specified on your invoice and appointment confirmation.
Step 6: Show up and unwind! Our friendly team member will be there to ensure everything is perfectly arranged for your beach bonfire.
