Beach Bonfire Guide: Everything You Need to Know
Booking your ideal beach bonfire is quick and simple—follow these steps!
Step 1: Start by filling out the booking form provided. Be sure to include all necessary details, such as special event information, private bonfire requests, or any additional services you may need, like beach chair rentals, professional photography, Supernova lighting, live music, or s’mores kits.
Step 2: After you submit your form, an email containing an invoice link will be sent to your provided email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder. A 7% sales tax applies to all bonfire packages. If the email hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, you can reach out via phone at 850-368-3495 or email Itslitpcb30@gmail.com to request a new invoice.
Step 3: Once we receive your payment, we will finalize your booking and begin the permit process. Bonfire permits are required in both Walton County and Bay County. If we encounter any scheduling conflicts regarding your selected date, location, or permit availability, we will notify you within 24 hours to offer alternative options or issue a full refund.
Step 4: Prior to your bonfire, a confirmation email and/or text will be sent with all relevant details, including the exact location, booking confirmation, and any final reminders to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
Step 5: Show up and enjoy your evening! Our professional team will handle the entire setup, and a dedicated attendant will be available on-site to make sure everything is perfect for your unforgettable beach bonfire experience.
