Ultimate Guide to Seacrest Beach Bonfires
Planning your dream beach bonfire? Follow these easy steps to secure your event!
Step 1: Fill out the booking form, ensuring all required information is provided. If you’d like to enhance your experience with beach chair rentals, professional photography, Supernova lighting, live music, or a s’mores kit, make sure to include those details in your request.
Step 2: After submission, you will receive an email with a payment link for your invoice. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder. A 7% sales tax applies to all packages. If you do not receive the invoice, contact us at 850-368-3495 or Itslitpcb30@gmail.com for assistance.
Step 3: Once payment has been successfully processed, we will confirm your event and obtain the necessary bonfire permit. Permits are required in Walton and Bay County. If any issues arise regarding your preferred date, location, or permit availability, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Step 4: On the day of your bonfire, you’ll receive an email and/or text with confirmation details, including your bonfire location, booking confirmation, and final instructions for a seamless experience.
Step 5: Arrive and enjoy the warm glow of your beach bonfire! Our staff will have everything set up and ready to go, with an attendant on-site to ensure a stress-free experience.
