Here’s how to schedule your memorable beach bonfire adventure:
Step 1: Begin by filling out the form adjacent to this guide. For special occasions or private bonfire requests, be sure to include all relevant details in the form.
Step 2: After you submit the form, we’ll confirm your bonfire details, including your chosen package and necessary permits. If there’s an issue with your selected date, location, or permit availability, we’ll reach out within 24 hours to discuss alternatives or offer a refund.
Step 3: For Walton County beach bonfires, there is an additional $105 fee for the required fire permit. This permit allows us to create a warm, inviting setting that complies with local regulations, ensuring a worry-free beach bonfire experience.
Step 4: Upon confirmation, we’ll handle the permit process, securing it within two weeks before your scheduled bonfire. Permits are mandatory for all bonfires, whether in Walton County or Bay County.
Step 5: On the day of your bonfire, you’ll receive a text and email confirmation with all the details you need. The location will also be listed on your invoice and appointment information.
Step 6: Arrive and unwind! An attendant will meet you on the beach to ensure everything is set up perfectly for a memorable bonfire gathering.
