Step 1: Complete the booking form with your event details. If you’re planning a special occasion or want to enhance your experience, let us know if you’d like to add services such as beach chair rentals, professional photography, Supernova lighting, live music, or s’mores kits.
Step 2: After submitting the form, you’ll receive an email with an invoice link to process your payment. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. A 7% sales tax is applied to all bonfire packages. If you don’t receive your invoice within a short time, reach out to us via phone at 850-368-3495 or email Itslitpcb30@gmail.com for assistance.
Step 3: Once your payment is successfully completed, we will confirm your booking date and immediately start the permit application process. Bonfire permits are required in both Walton County and Bay County. If your chosen date, location, or permit is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours with alternate options or provide a full refund.
Step 4: On the day of your bonfire, you will receive an email and/or text confirmation with all the final details, including your assigned location, booking confirmation, and any additional instructions to ensure a seamless experience.
Step 5: Sit back, relax, and enjoy your special evening! Our friendly team will take care of everything, and an attendant will be on-site to make sure your beach bonfire is set up and ready for you to enjoy.
